If you have sign-up as a free member (pre-enrollee), please follow the following steps to upgrade as a "paid member". If not please click HERE to sign-up as a free member.  

Step 1: Once you registered, you will receive an email from STIFORP.com. Please click the link given as below email to complete registration.

Step 2: Click "JOIN".
